HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking an Echo Vascular Technician for our Vascular Lab. This full-time role involves performing non-invasive echocardiograms, documenting in Meditech and PACS, and supporting patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Vocational/Technical School program for Echocardiogram Technicians.
• RVT certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Meditech knowledge.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive echocardiogram procedures and prepare results for physician review.
• Complete paperwork in the Meditech & PACS systems.
• Maintain knowledge and skills aligned with hospital objectives.
• Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations.
• Perform procedures including M-Mode, 2-D, TEE, Doppler, Color-Flow, Stress Echo, ECGs, and Holter monitoring.

Echo Vascular Technician

We are currently seeking an Echocardiogram Technician (Echo Tech) on a full-time basis in our Vascular Lab. If you share our passion and vision.

As an Echo Tech on our team, your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Perform special non-invasive procedures, mount the findings, and ready the results for the physician to read
• Complete all paperwork in the Meditech & PACS computer system
• Maintain accountability for his/her own knowledge and skills, and supports the philosophy, objectives and goals of the hospital
• Must be able to recognize and respond appropriately to life threatening situations
• Must be able to perform special non-invasive procedures (M-Mode, 2-D, TEE, Doppler, Color-Flow, Stress Echo, Cardiac Stress, Electrocardiograms, Signal averaged Electrocardiograms and Holter Monitoring)

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Vocational/Technical School program for Echocardiogram Technicians
• RVT certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Meditech knowledge
• 1 to 3 years of experience
