Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• RDMS, RDCS, CCT, or RCS certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• Vocational school graduate or certificate required.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Echo Technologist performs diagnostic procedures utilizing specialized equipment. The technologist demonstrates proficiency with all cardiac sonographic modalities required to facilitate physician diagnosis. Maintains strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all customers and other health care professionals.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• (RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or (RDCS) Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, or (CCT) Certified Cardiographic Technician, or (RCS) Registered Cardiac Sonographer must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Vocational School Graduate, or Certificate
