Sunbelt Staffing in Milwaukee is seeking an Echo Technologist for a contract role focused on cardiac imaging. This position involves high-quality studies and collaboration with the cardiology team.

Qualifications

• Active BLS certification.
• CCI or RDCS certification in cardiac ultrasound required.
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer credential.
• Experience operating echocardiography equipment.
• Experience echo studies and collaboration with cardiology teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality echocardiographic studies as ordered by physicians.
• Record, assess, and analyze sonographic data to assist with diagnostic decision making.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare staff to interpret findings.
• Ensure all procedures adhere to regulatory and departmental protocols.
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patients records.
• Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging, ensuring optimal comfort and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following infection control guidelines.
