Dignity Health - Mercy Hospital Bakersfield is seeking an Echo Tech/Sonographer to perform diagnostic echocardiography procedures. You will operate ultrasound equipment, obtain high-quality cardiac images, and ensure patient comfort while supporting a range of studies for Cardiologist interpretation.
Requirements include graduation from a Cardiac Echo ultrasound program, 1 year of adult echo experience (2-D, M-Mode, Color Doppler), BLS/CPR, and eligibility for relevant cardiac sonographer
As our Echo Tech/Sonographer, you will perform diagnostic echocardiography procedures to assist in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions. Every day you will operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality cardiac images and data, ensuring patient comfort and performing a range of echocardiographic studies. To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, proficient technical skills, and effective communication abilities to provide exceptional diagnostic services.
