Job summary

Medical Outsourcing Solutions is seeking an Echo Sonographer for our facility-based imaging team. Join us to perform echocardiographic studies with a leadership team that values your time and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• RDCS or RCS certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Echocardiography program.

Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), stress echocardiograms, contrast and bubble studies, and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) as trained.
• Ensure proper documentation of exams and patient information in EMR and PACS systems.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards including HIPAA and IAC accreditation requirements.

Echo Sonographer Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through CCI.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Echocardiography program.
• Perform a variety of echocardiographic procedures, including: Transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), Stress Echocadiograms, Contrast and Bubble Studies, Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE) (If Trained)
• Ensure proper documentation of exams and patient information in EMR and PACS systems.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and IAC accreditation requirements.
