Job summary

UNC Health Blue Ridge is seeking an Echocardiography Technician to deliver high-quality cardiac imaging and support accurate diagnoses. You will work with our cardiology team to provide compassionate patient care and utilize advanced echocardiography technology to produce diagnostic images.

Must be RDCS or RCS, graduate of an approved Cardiovascular Science program, and eligible to sit for RVT with RVT expected within 6 months. BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association is required.

Qualifications

• Must be Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS/RCS).
• Graduate of an approved Cardiovascular Science Program.
• Must be eligible to sit for Registered Vascular (RVT).
• Must obtain RVT within 6 months.
• BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality cardiac imaging using echocardiography equipment.
• Support diagnosis and patient care with accurate, timely studies.
• Collaborate with the cardiology team to ensure compassionate, precise imaging.
