Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking an Echo Facilitator- Clinical Quality to lead complex projects with interdisciplinary teams, including Administrators, Nursing and Imaging staff. The role co-leads system groups and delivers education to staff and leadership to improve patient safety and quality.

With guidance, you will design methods for data collection, apply process improvement tools, and support regulatory initiatives while performing Echo testing about 70% of the time as clinical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Science or related field preferred.
• Formal Sonography Technology Program completion required.
• Must be registered as RDMS/RDCS/RCS with cardiac specialty.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects with administrators, nursing, imaging staff and medical leaders.
• Coordinate design and implementation of clinical quality and patient safety initiatives at the unit level.
• Develop education programs for Echo staff and external learners; support safety and quality goals.
