Job summary

University of Missouri - Columbia is seeking a collaborative team member for the Department of MO Telehealth Network to support ECHO sessions and program operations. You will manage communication with ECHOs, coordinate pre/post-session activities, and help maintain program data integrity.

Responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, ensuring session quality, and contributing to annual planning and continuous improvement within MTN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of experience in a related role or field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned ECHOs, building strong relationships with Hub Team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate all phases of ECHO sessions, including pre-session prep, live support, and post-session follow-up.
• Maintain accurate data for participants, attendance, and program activities across MTN systems.
• Support strategic planning, program evaluation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with MTN teams to align education, outreach, communications, technology, and data efforts.
