Job summary

You will manage virtual learning networks, analytics, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring successful ECHO sessions align with program objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare, public health, program coordination, medical education, workforce development, or related field.
• Experience coordinating meetings, educational programs, events, or multidisciplinary initiatives.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals, community organizations, or healthcare systems.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, initiatives, and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of Project ECHO programming, including planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Develop and maintain program work plans, timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate ECHO session calendars and ensure alignment with organizational, grant, and strategic objectives.
• Monitor program progress and identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness and participant engagement.
• Develop and distribute agendas, educational resources, participant communications, and session materials.
• Facilitate session logistics, attendance tracking, participant engagement, and documentation.
