Job summary

University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine seeks a Program Coordinator for Project ECHO Nevada to support the Senior Program Manager and Program Manager. You will facilitate information flow among faculty, participants, and local, regional, and national stakeholders, and you will lead marketing, outreach, and recruitment for ECHO programs.

The role involves liaison work across OSI, UNR Med, and partner sites, with occasional travel to rural communities to promote the program and gather needs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and two years of related work experience, OR a master’s degree and one year of related work experience.
Experience in program coordination or program management; community outreach, education, public health, healthcare, or related work.
Nevada driver’s license

Responsibilities

Aid in development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of Project ECHO educational activities.
Coordinate logistics and programmatic aspects for successful program implementation.
Coordinate meetings with OSI, UNR Med, NSHE, and external partners across states.
Conduct programmatic marketing, outreach, and recruitment to meet attendance targets.
Assist with site visits to maintain relationships with existing and new sites.
