Job summary

Harrison County Hospital is seeking a Registered Echo cardiographer to perform ultrasound exams and generate high-quality cardiac images in a patient-centered environment.

You will interpret requests, ensure patient safety and comfort across all ages, and support the Diagnostic Imaging team in delivering timely services.

The department values reliability and flexibility to cover 24-hour shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved Ultrasound program.
• Registration with ARDMS or ARRT must be obtained within 1 year of meeting the eligibility requirements.
• ARDMS, CCI registered or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound procedures as requested by physicians.
• Interpret results and provide quality images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Support the Diagnostic Imaging department and hospital customer service program.
• Willing to work any part of a 24-hour shift to meet departmental needs.
• Render quality patient care in alignment with hospital policies.
