Job summary

CarolinaEast Health System seeks an Echocardiographer to perform a range of echocardiographic studies for pediatric to geriatric patients. The role involves working in the hospital, CVOR, and physician offices with 24/7 coverage and on-call duties.

Must maintain AHA BLS and obtain registry within a year of hire. Candidates should have at least one year of echocardiography experience and be registered or registry-eligible, with strong patient communication and service orientation to uphold

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer-service skills.
• Registered in Echocardiography with at least 1 year of experience, registry required within 1 year of hire.
• Maintain current AHA BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac, stress, and transesophageal echo (TEE) studies with and without contrast.
• Provide services in hospital laboratories, CVOR, and physician offices.
• Be available for 24/7 coverage; participate in on-call duties.
