Qualifications

  • Degree in Ultrasound Technology specializing in Cardiac Sonography.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in echocardiography.
  • Certification as RDMS or RCS required, BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality cardiac ultrasound procedures.
  • Conduct various echocardiology procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with patient safety and departmental protocols.

Skills

Proficiency in 2D echocardiography and cardiac imaging techniques
Experience with transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology
Excellent patient care and communication skills

Education

Degree in Ultrasound Technology (Cardiac Sonography preferred)
3–5 years of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification

Job Overview/Summary

Pulivarthi Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Echo Cardiographer to perform high-quality cardiac ultrasound procedures and support non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic services. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a variety of echocardiology procedures and committed to delivering accurate diagnostic results while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities
  • Perform and coordinate echocardiology procedures including transthoracic echocardiograms, vascular studies, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), pacemaker analysis, and exercise echocardiograms.
  • Conduct two-dimensional ultrasonic recordings for the diagnosis of cardiac diseases.
  • Assist with exercise and pharmacological stress testing in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff.
  • Support non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic testing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting of diagnostic findings.
  • Participate in Performance Improvement (PI) activities and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental protocols, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Primary Skills
  • Proficiency in 2D echocardiography and cardiac imaging techniques.
  • Experience with transesophageal echocardiography (TEE).
  • Knowledge of exercise and pharmacological stress testing.
  • Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
  • Ability to operate echocardiography equipment and related diagnostic tools.
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills.
Secondary Skills (Good To Have)
  • Experience with vascular ultrasound studies.
  • Familiarity with pacemaker analysis.
  • Knowledge of performance improvement processes.
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) proficiency.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Ultrasound Technology (Cardiac Sonography preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer required.
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
