IU Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Cardio-Diagnostic Sonographer to perform, administer, and monitor cardiac sonography and Doppler studies, with focus on pediatric to geriatric patients, under physician instruction.
Requires Basic Life Support, eligibility to sit for ARDMS RDCS or CCI credentials, Indiana ISDH license if applicable, proficiency in EKG interpretation, and at least one year of Echocardiography experience; onsite position with dedication to compassionate patient care.

Special Weekend Option - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Monday from 7:00am-5:30pm.
Performs, administers & monitors Cardio-Diagnostic tests with primary emphasis on cardiac sonography and doppler studies. Administers all Cardio-Diagnostic tests. Provides physician with preliminary findings of recorded data through monitoring and performing the necessary calculations, in a timely fashion while demonstrating the appropriate knowledge and skills necessary to work with patients from pediatric through geriatric. Follows physician's instructions, prepares and operates equipment and positions patients correctly in order to record the requested diagnostic images. Treats patients with care and respect.
