The role emphasizes accurate lead placement, patient safety, and adherence to department policies.

Responsibilities include device preparation, patient instruction on diaries, and timely communication of test results.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS/CPR/Basic Life Support certification as required.

Mansioni

• Verifies patient name armband against order requisition.
• Applies electrodes and ensures proper lead placement for high-quality ECG tracings.
• Performs, transmits, and processes EKGs; supports Holter and Event monitoring.
