You will schedule and register patients, verify insurance, manage high-volume phone calls, and maintain the ECG database.

Qualifications

• Medical administrative and patient-facing experience required or preferred.
• Solid customer service skills and ability to handle high call volume.

Responsibilities

• Hooks up and instructs patients in the use of monitors (as required).
• Schedules appointments for outpatients and inpatients services.
• Registers patients and checks them in, verifies insurance.
• Manages heavy phone volume with referring providers.
• Maintains clerical management of ECG database systems.
