Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree with background in Early Childhood Education, Family Life Education or Child Development preferred.
• Teaching License, Parent Educator License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Early Childhood Programs Coordinator, the parent educator ECFE teacher is responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of ECFE classes.
• The parent educator teacher will provide Early Childhood and Family Education programs and services for children birth to pre-kindergarten.
• The Early Childhood parent educator teacher will support a continuum of programs to support the healthy growth and development of students and families through successful collaboration within the district and the community as a whole, including the planning and implementation of parent/child interaction programming.

Education

B.A. or B.S. degree (Background of professional study in Early Childhood Education, Family Life Education or Child Development preferred)

Teaching License (Parent Educator License Preferred)
