Job summary

Child Care Action Council is seeking an ECEAP Teacher to provide developmentally appropriate early learning experiences and to lead the classroom team in implementing established curricula. The role focuses on school readiness, inclusive practices, and positive relationships with children and families.

The teacher will use Creative Curriculum, Teaching Strategies GOLD, and Second Step, while ensuring safety, documentation, and continuous program improvement in collaboration with the Center

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience with ECEAP, Head Start, or state Pre-K programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delivers engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Implements Creative Curriculum and Teaching Strategies GOLD with fidelity.
• Maintains child assessment documentation and supports family engagement.
• Ensures safety and supervision in classroom activities and transitions.
• Collaborates with staff and families to support child progress.
