Sylvania invites applications for a part-time ECEAP paraprofessional in Winlock. Under the supervision of the Lead Paraprofessional, you will support social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of children in care, while complying with Early Achievers and ECEAP standards.
You will assist with meals, classroom setup, and supervision throughout the day. The role requires a HS diploma or GED, background checks, and ability to work with diverse children and families.
The ECEAP classroom Paraprofessional, assists the Lead Paraprofessional in providing a developmentally appropriate classroom environment that will provide for social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs of children in care. Under the guidance of the Lead Paraprofessional, this position makes one on one contact with children, parents and Winlock students providing developmentally appropriate guidance/practices. The position has responsibility in supporting compliance of Licensing, Early Achievers and the early childhood component of the ECEAP Performance Standards.
Knowledge or understanding of: Applicable laws, regulations and other standards to establish and or maintain a safe work environment.
