Qualifications

• Bachelor's in ECE or related field with 18 credits in ECE and supervisory experience.
• Experience working with children with disabilities in educational settings.
• Masters in ECE or related field with 18 credits in ECE; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Experience providing training to teachers and staff on best practices for working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans for each child.
• Provide training and support to teachers and staff on best practices for working with young children.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and hire classroom staff in cooperation with Center Director and appropriate staff, following Grow Early Learning policies; address disciplinary issues and conduct performance appraisals.
