Colorado Mountain College is seeking an Instructional Coordinator & Apprenticeship Program Instructor to design and lead the ECE apprenticeship experiences. You will teach ECE courses, collaborate with the Early Childhood Program Chair and School Dean, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

The role requires a masters in ECE, 2 years of higher education instructional experience, strong communication, and the ability to foster community partnerships across campuses and sites.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of higher education instructional experience.
• Experience with distance teaching and supervising field placements.

Responsibilities

• Design, facilitate, implement, assess and report ECE Apprenticeship experiences.
• Teach 3 credits per semester in Apprenticeship ECE courses.
• Develop and revise curriculum to align with accreditation standards.
