Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a 340B and ECAP Account Coordinator in East Syracuse, NY to support implementation and onboarding of specialized client programs.

The role coordinates communications between clients, partners, and internal teams, maintains program configurations, and supports ongoing updates and reporting. Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation activities, including intake documentation and program setup requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding program administration.
• Manage and communicate provider, pharmacy, eligibility, and product list updates.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate pricing changes, system updates, and configuration maintenance.
• Monitor program data and ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.
• Assist with client reporting and participate in recurring client meetings and reviews.
• Support testing, validation, and QA of changes and enhancements.
• Document processes and develop client-facing tools and reporting capabilities.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
