Apptronik is seeking a detail-oriented ECAD Librarian to own and grow our Altium component library, ensuring accurate, standardized symbols, footprints, and 3D models. You will partner with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers to enforce IPC/DFM practices before board release.
You will define naming conventions, manage part workflows, and drive library audits, while coordinating with design teams and suppliers to maintain data integrity across the design organization.

We're looking for a detail-oriented ECAD Librarian to own and grow our Altium component library, ensuring every schematic symbol, PCB footprint, and 3D model is accurate, standardized, and manufacturable. In this role, you will partner closely with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers to keep the library current, enforce design and naming standards, and make sure components meet IPC and DFM best practices before they ever reach a board. You will be the single source of truth for component data across our design organization.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field - OR an Associate's degree in a technical/electronics field plus equivalent experience - OR equivalent practical experience in ECAD library management, drafting, or PCB design in lieu of a degree.
2-5+ years of experience in ECAD library management, component engineering, or PCB design.
