Job summary

Amazon Web Services Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to support EC2 Core businesses, driving financial deliverables and profitability. You will build financial models, analyze data, and partner with product managers, engineers, and GMs to influence strategy in a fast-paced environment.

With a strong emphasis on analytical rigor, you will deliver weekly and monthly reviews, operating plans, and benchmarking across the AWS portfolio, ensuring accuracy and impact for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience.
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple EC2 Core businesses with financial deliverables (Weekly Business Review, Monthly Financial Reviews, Operating Plans, pricing/discounts).
• Communicate effectively and manage multiple time-sensitive deliverables across a matrixed organization.
• Build financial models for new business concepts and deliver data-intensive analyses to drive change.
• Present financial summaries and insights to business and finance leadership; develop standardized reporting packages.
• Drive profitability, free cash flow, and operational efficiency.
