Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle is seeking a Finance Manager to own end-to-end P&Ls for a portfolio of AWS services, partnering with finance leadership and business teams to deliver analysis, controllership, and informed recommendations.

You will drive forecasting, quarterly planning, and key financial processes across multiple units, identifying risks and opportunities, and leading performance improvements with rigor and clear executive communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or a related analytical field.
5+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
5+ years of applying KPIs to analyses experience.
5+ years of building financial/operational reports that inform decisions.
5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
5+ years in continuous improvement projects to scale controllership with measurable results.

Responsibilities

Own service-level P&L across a portfolio of AWS services, including variance analysis and executive-ready commentary.
Communicate financial results to senior leaders and explain the 'why' and actions.
Collaborate with GMs, PMs, and Engineers for analytical support on strategic decisions.
Identify and quantify risks and opportunities and surface trends.
Perform deep dives to drive profitability, topline, and efficiency, including pricing decisions.
Identify opportunities for process and systems improvements, including automation.
Ensure a high level of financial controllership and data integrity.
