TMSA Public Charter Schools’ McLeansville Campus in North Carolina is seeking an EC Teacher to join a high‑expectation team reporting to the Principal. The position is full‑time, 195 days, with a starting date immediately and a salary range of $63,500 to $76,750 per year.

Candidates should hold a North Carolina teaching license and a bachelor’s degree and be prepared to implement standards‑based instruction, MTSS processes, and collaborative professional learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Current North Carolina teaching license.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required.
