Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for consideration.
• Current North Carolina teaching license.
• Prior teaching experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Develops lesson plans aligned to NC State Standard Course of Study.
• Creates a safe, orderly environment and fosters positive student culture.
• Manages classroom behaviors to minimize disruptions to learning.
• Participates in MTSS processes to provide equitable education for all students.

• Collaborates with staff to build a professional learning community.
• Sets goals and strategies through the school improvement plan.
• Accepts constructive feedback from lead teachers, coaches, and admins.

• Regularly assesses students with formative and summative methods.
