huminaresource is seeking an EC Marketing Specialist to help share the charm of Japanese stationery with the world. This full-time role is based in Torrance, CA, with standard hours and a focus on hands-on growth in a small, fast-moving team.

You will develop ecommerce strategies, manage website content, plan campaigns, and support fulfillment while building towards leadership and a potential equity stake for standout performers.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to growing a business.
• Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or branding.
• Comfortable working in a small team and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Prior management experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategies for eCommerce sales (via company website and marketplaces).
• Build, improve, and manage website content and UX.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Support order packing, shipping, and light administrative tasks (no AR responsibilities).
