Empower Behavioral Health is seeking an Office Manager to support the executive team and staff, ensuring a smooth Corporate Office operation. You will help create a organized, professional, and welcoming environment while providing essential resources for day-to-day activities.
You will manage multiple tasks across office operations, vendors, supplies, events, employee travel, and administrative needs, coordinating with leaders to maintain efficiency and a positive workplace culture.

Location/Travel:Corporate Office, some local errands as needed
Job Summary:
Join our team at Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) as an Office Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our executive team and employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our Corporate Office. You’ll be instrumental in creating an organized, professional, and welcoming work environment while making sure our team has the resources and support needed for seamless day-to-day operations.
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and priorities, including office operations, vendors and maintenance, supplies and equipment, company events, employee travel, and other administrative needs across the organization.
