Ellie Mental Health Mid-Cities in Grapevine, Texas is seeking an Eating Disorder Therapist to join our compassionate team. The role focuses on evidence-based therapies to treat anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and ARFID, with a goal of helping clients build healthier relationships with food and body image.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with dietitians and medical staff to provide holistic care while maintaining thorough documentation and ongoing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in Texas is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with eating disorders.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities for eating disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on eating disorder recovery, body image, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including dietitians, medical professionals, and support staff, to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with company policies and ethical standards.
• Stay current with developments in the field of eating disorders and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Provide support and resources for families and loved ones of clients.
• Maintain a caseload of 27+ patients per week
