Job summary

Transforming Age Associates, LLC is seeking a Floor Tech (Custodian) at Eastmont in Lincoln, NE. You will maintain floors, operate cleaning machines, and support residents with a clean and safe environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of floor care experience and a strong work ethic. The role offers full-time benefits and a competitive hourly rate starting at $16.00 to $18.00 DOE.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years floor care experience.
• Experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is valued.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all floors (carpet, LVT, tile, linoleum, wood, etc.).
• Operates floor cleaning machines and shampooers.
• Keeps equipment and supplies clean, neat, organized, and filled.
• Responds quickly to spills and sanitizes public areas (hallways, restrooms, dining areas, etc.).
• Provides excellent customer service to residents and team members.

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Floor Tech (Custodian) who would like to have a meaningful role where they are valued every day! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping the community looking great, and have a passion for people who will appreciate your hard work. The hourly rate for this role starts at $16.00 to $18.00 DOE.

What you need to succeed:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One to three years floor care experience.
• Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is not required but is highly desired.
• Can-do attitude and work ethic.
• Must be able to operate shampooing machines and have knowledge of the floor care chemicals and cleaning solutions.
• Be able to reliably work 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
• Self-motivated and a desire to have the cleanest floors in town.

Physical Requirements

• Be able to lift/push/pull or carry up to 50 lbs.

Our Floor Tech:
