Job summary

Eastmont in Lincoln, NE is hiring a Floor Tech (Custodian) to maintain a clean, safe living environment for residents. You will clean and maintain all floors, operate floor cleaning equipment, and provide friendly service to residents.

The role requires 1–3 years of floor care experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability to work 5 days a week, 8 hours per day. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years floor care experience included in candidate profile.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all floors (carpet, LVT, tile, linoleum, wood, etc.).
• Keeps equipment and supplies clean, neat, organized, and filled.
• Sweeps, mops, shampoos and operates floor cleaning machines.
• Responds quickly to spills and sanitize public areas.
• Provides excellent customer service to residents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
