Job summary

American Outdoor Brands Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to grow and manage Cutlery brands across the Eastern region of the United States. The role requires travel about 50% and permits remote work flexibility.

You will own relationships with key buyers, design and execute go-to-market strategies, train sales personnel, and report performance to the Director of Sales. Strong leadership and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years sales experience with Outdoor Recreation retail/wholesale customers.
• 4+ years sales management experience leading direct and indirect sales teams in the United States.
• 4+ years sales leadership experience developing annual strategies and plans.
• Proven track record of developing and leveraging long-term customer relationships at the Sr. Buyer and Buyer level.
• Masters or MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own relationship with customer buyers and develop, present, and execute short/long-term go-to-market sales strategies and plans.
• Train assigned sales representatives on all product programs and provide performance results to the Director of Sales.
