Job summary

Westfield seeks a Territory Leader (Eastern Zone) to drive profitable small business growth across FL, GA, TN, MD, VA, PA, NC, SC, supporting the field sales model and leading sales teams for disciplined execution of the Small Business strategy.

You will own hiring, development, and performance management; partner with Underwriting, Product, and Distribution; and establish regional operating rhythms to monitor performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in insurance sales or sales leadership.
• Proven multi-state leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of small business insurance distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Willing to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into regional priorities and sales plans.
• Forecast, pipeline management, and performance reviews.
• Lead Territory Managers and drive agency engagement.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Product, and Distribution.
• Establish regional operating rhythms and data-driven decisions.
