Job summary

Westfield is seeking a Territory Leader (Eastern Zone) to drive profitable small business growth across FL, GA, TN, MD, VA, PA, NC, SC. You will lead sales teams, set regional priorities, and ensure disciplined execution of the company’s strategy while delivering strong performance and profitability.

You’ll oversee hiring, coaching, and developing Territory Managers, engage key agency partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in insurance sales, sales leadership, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Small Business strategy into regional priorities, sales plans, and execution rhythms.
• Drive disciplined sales management practices, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reviews.
• Lead regional execution of segmentation, agency engagement strategy, and growth initiatives.
• Lead Territory Managers, own hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Partner with Underwriting, Product, Distribution, and other units to ensure alignment and execution.
