Job summary

Care Net seeks a Regional Director of Ministry Partnerships for the East Coast to lead major donor engagement across the Eastern United States. This role is remote-friendly with hybrid options and prioritizes applicants in Florida or Georgia.

You will manage a portfolio of donors, cultivate relationships, plan moves management, and collaborate with staff to meet fundraising goals aligned with Care Net’s mission. Strong communication and fundraising track record are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five or more years’ work experience preferred.
• Strong track record in major gifts fundraising and closing gifts of $10,000+.
• Experience building and maintaining long-term donor relationships.
• Knowledge of donor management and CRM processes is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for donor meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of current major donors ($5,000+ annual giving) and a pipeline of prospective donors in the Eastern U.S.
• Research donor capacity and inclination using wealth screening and other tools.
• Create individual moves management plans for each donor and execute the plan.
• Present planned giving opportunities with Care Net’s experts.
• Prepare meetings and proposals with VP of Ministry Partnerships and other leaders.
• Collaborate to timely complete donor communications, receipts, tax statements, and annual appeals.
