Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a dynamic community-centered leader for the role of President, Eastern Oregon. This executive will oversee Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Ontario (49 beds) and Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Baker City (25 beds) to advance strategic growth, physician partnerships, and patient care across the region.

The candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive financial performance, and foster community health initiatives aligned with Trinity Health mission

Qualifications

• Must possess a thorough knowledge of healthcare management principles and techniques as normally obtained through a Master's Degree in Health Administration or a related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of management experience, to include but not limited to experience as the Chief Operating Officer and/or President/Chief Executive Officer of an integrated health care entity.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational direction to the area ministries and multiple hospitals within the region.
• Lead, guide and direct the regional leadership team to align with system strategies and performance goals.
• Drive organizational growth, community partnerships, physician engagement, and clinical excellence across Eastern Oregon.
• Oversee financial performance, operating efficiencies, and regulatory compliance across Staten Alphonsus Medical Center - Ontario and Baker City facilities.
• Foster population health initiatives and clinically integrated networks in support of the health system mission.

Education

Master's Degree in Health Administration or related field
