Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Health Administration or related field.
• At least 10 years of management experience in healthcare.
• Experience as COO and/or President/CEO of an integrated health care entity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational direction for regional health ministries.
• Oversee performance, financial goals, and service standards across multiple hospitals.
• Foster physician partnerships and community engagement to drive growth and care quality.
• Lead regional strategy development and ensure alignment with Trinity Health enterprise plans.
• Promote population health, care management, and innovative delivery models.
