Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Foundation seeks a Development Officer to lead fundraising efforts in eastern Oregon, nurturing donor relationships and expanding philanthropic programs. You will work closely with hospital leadership and the Marketing team to drive campaigns, donor recognition, and special events across the region.

The role requires strong expertise in program development, project management and leadership, with a track record in fundraising within non-profit settings and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years related professional experience required.
• 7-10 years of experience in program development, project management and leadership.
• 5+ years of fundraising experience in non-profit sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises the Foundation boards/committees and supports governance.
• Develops short- and long-term objectives with board approval and implementation.
• Ensures donor recognition, acknowledgements and accurate record keeping with Health System Foundation team.
• Collaborates with Marketing to develop information, outreach and publicity programs.
• Leads fundraising events and campaigns and maintains donor portfolios.
