Job summary

10-4 Logistics is hiring CDL school graduates to start in the Eastern regional dry van fleet. You will earn $850 weekly during the training phase, with mentor support and paid orientation, then move to a solo role with earnings of $1,600-$1,800+ per week.

The program offers no-touch freight, round-the-clock dispatch support, and benefits from day one including medical, dental, vision, life, paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete mentor program and training before solo driving.
• Operate regional dry van fleet with no-touch freight.
• Maintain safety standards and professional communication with dispatch.
