10-4 Logistics in Texas is seeking CDL school graduates to begin their trucking careers with an Eastern regional dry van fleet. You will train with a mentor, complete orientation, and start solo driving after approval.

The program pays $850 weekly during training and earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ weekly in solo driving, with no-touch freight and home-time options.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a valid CDL Class A and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• A satisfactory driving record and the ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements are required.

Responsibilities

• Train one-on-one with a mentor and complete paid orientation.
• Build the skills needed for regional freight and enter the solo driving phase after mentor approval.
• No-touch dry van freight with Eastern regional routes and dispatch support.
