10-4 Logistics in the Eastern region is seeking CDL school graduates to start strong in the trucking industry. You will train under a mentor, complete paid orientation, and learn the skills needed for regional dry van freight.

Upon successful completion of training, you will move into your own assigned truck with earnings expected at $1,600–$1,800+ per week, plus benefits starting day one including health, dental, vision, life, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid orientation and training with a mentor.
• Operate an assigned truck after successful solo driving.
• Maintain safety and professional communication with dispatch.
• Follow Eastern regional dry van routes and no-touch freight protocols.
