Job summary

sunday is seeking a Sales Director East to build the highest-performing East US Field SMB region, owning revenue, developing the Team Lead layer, raising AE productivity, and making the East a reliable engine for new restaurant growth.

You will report to the VP Sales US and work with cross-functional teams. The role is based in New York, Atlanta, or Miami with regular travel and hands-on coaching in the field.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with strong commercial presence.
• Experience leading 10–20 people through Team Leads, including hiring and ramp.
• Full sales-cycle mastery with pipeline, forecast, CRM discipline.
• Nice-to-haves: background in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments or restaurant tech.

Responsibilities

• Own East regional performance and regional operating plan.
• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads for Mid Atlantic, Southeast, and East.
• Build East organization by hiring AEs and Team Leads.
• Establish weekly rhythm for forecasting and pipeline reviews.
• Engage customers and join key calls, ride-alongs, and reviews.
• Drive initiatives to improve conversion and performance.
