The role focuses on markets east of the Mississippi and coordination with area leaders to deliver high-quality investigations and remedies.

The role involves leading major pursuits, mentoring staff, managing complex projects, and representing HDR at industry events.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must.

• Lead regional growth strategies that expand market share and drive revenue.
• Identify high‑value market opportunities and develop competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to track performance and targets.

• Lead or support major pursuits including client outreach, proposals, and negotiations.
• Represent HDR at industry conferences and regulatory forums.
• Provide direct billable technical leadership on projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as project manager or senior technical advisor for key clients.
• Support recruitment and staff development across the region.
• Foster collaboration and delivery across the regional team.
