Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Minimum of 7 years managing frontline fundraisers.
• Strong understanding of major gift strategy and moves management.

Responsibilities

• Lead major gift fundraising strategy across the assigned region.
• Supervise and develop a team of 6-10 frontline major gift fundraisers.
• Monitor fundraising goals and evaluate team performance.
