The role requires 7–10 years of warehouse experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel 40–50% across the U.S. A Bachelor's in a related field is preferred, with proficiency in WMS and data analytics.

• Experience with WMS, data analytics, and KPI reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Inventory Control Managers across facilities in the region.
• Ensure cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits meet policy.
• Drive accuracy improvements and shrink reduction.
• Develop training programs and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Directors and operations leaders to meet goals.
