Abcam, a Danaher operating company, is recruiting for the Director of Sales, Americas (East Region). This fully remote leadership role reports to the Commercial General Manager, Americas and is based in the Boston area.

You will build a high-performing sales organization across East Region and drive growth with cross-functional partners. You will lead strategy, manage key accounts, and coach teams to deliver pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and sustained revenue expansion in Life Sciences

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive sales and commercial leadership experience in Life Sciences, East Region.
• Experience using data, analytics, and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Experience working in matrix organizations with cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven pipeline, forecast, and sales effectiveness improvements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional process improvement and accountability culture.
