Job summary

MTM, Inc. seeks a Regional Director, Safety Administration to lead development and implementation of safety SOPs, drive compliance with DOT/OSHA, and foster a strong safety culture across East Region locations.

The role requires coordinating with operations, HR, and marketing to deliver training programs and audits. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in transit safety management and 3+ years of facilitation experience, plus supervisory experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years transit/safety management experience.
• 3+ years’ professional facilitation experience in safety training.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SOPs for safety training and regulations.
• Act as liaison with government entities during audits or inspections.
• Provide daily guidance to region Safety staff and coordinate audits.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure training materials are consistent and accessible.
• Establish safety metrics and monthly/quarterly dashboards.
