Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking a senior leader to oversee installation and service excellence across the district. You will manage technicians, installation managers, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability in all district projects.

You will drive strategy, forecast resources, and coordinate with VP Service and district management to optimize operations and customer satisfaction. Travel overnight may be required as projects dictate.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in field service/construction management, with at least 5 in a leadership role.
• Must read blueprints and project plans; strong leadership and PM skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Servicemax and Salesforce.

• Oversee installation and service delivery across the district while maintaining profitability and resource efficiency.
• Develop and implement district strategy; forecast resources and create operational plans.
• Ensure safety standards, conduct performance reviews, and manage expenses.
