Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge on all district products and major industry trends.
• Develop strategy for assigned district areas and forecast resource needs with VP Service and District Sales Managers.
• Disseminate best practices and ensure training for Arbon Technicians, tracking progression through development levels.
• Enforce safety standards, ensure proper safety equipment, conduct inspections and safety audits.
• Enforce company policies, train managers, communicate policy changes, and monitor performance with corrective actions.
• Coordinate service and installation efforts to maximize profitable use of resources.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with direct reports and ensure subordinate managers do the same.
• Oversee fleet management and vehicle maintenance to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with administrative and sales staff to resolve collections issues and manage accounts receivable aging.
• Forecast facility needs, oversee new facilities, and manage related expenses and profitability.
